Ramzis.ie offers a platform for the purchase and sale of new and pre-owned electronic products, including but not limited to mobile phones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, accessories, and gadgets.

3. Selling to Us

- We buy selected used electronics in good working condition.

- Items must not be iCloud/Google locked, blocked, counterfeit, or stolen.

- We may request photo ID and proof of ownership when purchasing items.

- Items are inspected and tested before acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any item without obligation to explain.

- Payments are made via cash, store credit, or bank transfer.

4. Buying from Us

- All items listed are subject to availability.

- Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may vary (especially used goods).

- Prices include VAT where applicable.

- Orders are processed upon full payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

5. Warranty

- All products (unless stated otherwise) come with a 6-year limited warranty.

- The warranty covers hardware faults only and excludes:

- Water damage

- Battery degradation

- Software issues caused by third-party apps

- Warranty is void if the item is tampered with or serviced by a third party.

6. Returns & Refunds

- Customers have 14 calendar days from delivery to return eligible items under our change-of-mind policy (online orders only).

- Items must be returned in original condition with a valid receipt.

- Faulty items may be returned within the warranty period for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case.

7. Your Account

- You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

- We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts in the event of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

- Any loss or damage caused by misuse of our products.

- Delay or failure to deliver products due to events beyond our control.

Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the value of the product sold.
